2. What technical effort is required to activate in the XPSN?
You can be quickly activated to submit invoices and receive payments without technical support. The XPSN is a secure, web hosted solution that does not require on-site software. Once you are enrolled, you can begin submitting invoices by logging into the XPSN using your username and password. When your customers issue your payments, you will receive an email notification with detailed remittance information.

Organizations that demand full automation in either their electronic invoicing or cash application process can leverage the XPSN's file mapping and file transfer services to create a hands-free process. 3. What types of electronic invoice files can be submitted into the XPSN?
Xign currently offers several standard electronic file invoice formats for invoice submission, including EDI 810, CSV, XML, etc. Xign is also able to work with you to map your specific format into the XPSN. 4. What remittance formats do you offer for cash application?
Xign currently offers remittance formats for almost every popular accounts receivable system, including 820 EDI, SAP, PSFT, Oracle Financials, XML, CSV, etc. If you have any questions about remittance formats, please contact Supplier Services at jpmx.supplier.services@jpmchase.com.
 
5. How is the money moved from my customer to my bank?
Your customer's bank transmits the funds using the ACH system.
 
6. What are the fees for using the Xign Payment Services Network?

Xign Corporation takes security and authentication very seriously. If you experience problems logging into our web-based applications, or completing the Supplier Enrollment process, please review the technical requirements listed below.
